2 INCH OIL TANK LOCKING VENT CAP
The 2 inch Oil Tank Locking Vent Cap is designed to give added security to your oil storage tank against opportunist theives. The 2 Inch Locking Oil Tank Vent Cap comprises of two parts, the aluminium vent cap itself which has three lugs that sit either side of your protruding oil tank vent, one of which has a grub screw that is screwed tight against the oil tank vent pipe. The second part is a Shear Screw that is designed to be screwed in behind the grub screw and then shear off flush with the oil tank vent cap, making it very difficult to remove the aluminium vent cap.
The 2 Inch Oil Tank Locking Vent Cap is particularly effective at combatting oil tank theft when used in conjunction with either our Spin Secure Locking Oil Tank Cap or our 2 Inch Locking Oil Tank Cap.
PLEASE NOTE THIS 2 INCH OIL TANK LOCKING VENT CAP CAN ONLY BE FITTED ON AN OIL TANK WITH A PROTRUDING 2 INCH OIL TANK VENT FOUND ON MOST OIL TANKS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TYPE OF OIL TANK VENT BEFORE ORDERING.
